How an engagement works
Get in touch
Call or email with an outline of what you need. A short conversation is usually enough to establish whether we can help.
Agree the scope
What will be delivered, where, over what period and at what cost is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Delivery
Work is carried out on your site or remotely as appropriate: audits, inspections, training days, assessments, mentoring or document development.
Written outcome
You receive the output the work calls for: reports, risk assessments, method statements, assessment records or improvement plans, written to be used.
Discuss your requirements
If the support you need is not listed, get in touch anyway. Many enquiries sit across more than one of these areas, and an initial conversation costs nothing.
